How much does shipping cost for heavy equipment?
We offer competitive flat-rate shipping on all orders. Large items like power racks and weight benches are shipped via LTL freight to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
What is your return policy on gym gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment may apply.
Do you offer warranties on power racks and barbells?
Yes, we stand by our quality. Most of our frames and structural welds come with a limited lifetime warranty, while barbells and moving parts typically feature a 1-year to 5-year warranty depending on the specific model.
Can I track my freight shipment?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal. For freight deliveries, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer financing for home gym builds?

Are your weight plates sold in pairs or individually?
